The meeting commenced at 5.00pm
with the Mayor, Cr D Knight in the chair.
Acknowledgement

We respectfully acknowledge the

who have cared for this land since time immemorial. We pay our respects to
their Elders, past, present and emerging, and commit ourselves to a future with
reconciliation and renewal at its heart.

RFT-1356-TI – Cultural and Civic Space – Design and Construction
Services, set out below, be rescinded.
That Council considers the Design and Construction lump
sum offer received for Contract RFT-1356-TI Design and Construction Services
for the Cultural and Civic Space Project, associated funding considerations
and adopts the recommendations in the Confidential Attachment (ATT1).
